A year ago, Bill Faery used American Concrete to pour our new driveway. Within five months the driveway started to deteriorate. American says it's not their fault and that the concrete was not correctly finished. Bill, and everyone else who has seen our driveway, says it was a bad batch of concrete. No one is willing to admit fault, or to help us get our driveway fixed. This was not an inexpensive job, and I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that I now have to pay another contractor to rip our driveway out and pour a new one! Bill refuses to answer my calls or texts. In August he told me he would come replace the driveway in "mid-September." And it's been dead silence since then! I am only giving him one star because zero is not an option!

Replace two walkways and a step and added a pad in front of a garage. Just a pleasure...hardworking, respectful crew and a professional and personable boss!! I am so pleased with the finished project and very impressed with Faery's Concrete
