Tom and his crew do very good work and the guys are professionals. They will pop a substantial tip screen on the credit card payment screen. I find that odd for a duct cleaning company. So who is next to ask for a tip, electricians, plumbers, landscapers...... That tip thing is wrong and totally turned me off from recommending them to my friends.

Tom was punctual and professional. I chose to have the air ducts sterilized I'm addition to the cleaning. In hindsight, I wouldn't choose this option again. The odor us STRONG and I had issues breathing.
