Great prices and great people - both the head guy (Randy) and the roofing crew (all nine of them). Friendly, informative, great follow up, and did the roof when they said they would. Delivered shingles one day and completed the roof the next day. They found some hidden damage and fixed it perfectly - no problem !!! They even pruned the oak tree next to the roof, and cleaned all of the gutters. TOTALLY happy with the job and their work !!! Cleaned up EVERYTHING as good as before they started. I would absolutely recommend them. I may not be around in thirty years to do another replacement, but I would if we were all still here after that amount of time .....

Salesman was very polite, and the best thing was his knowledge of their product, he knew every aspect of replacing my entire roof and explained every aspect of installing a new roof AFTER removal of the old roof!! I cannot overstate his knowledge of roof replacement. Stan from Fair Claims came over to look my roof over, and with the hailstorms over the last number of years, I was hoping to get a little help from my insurance company. Stan was a "straight shooter" with me when pointing out the situation with my roof, and asked to be present when the insurance adjustor came over. When the adjuster showed up, Stan talked with the adjuster and they inspected the roof together. I'm convinced that Stan influenced and increased the amount the insurance company was willing to cover. Once we lined out the paperwork, his team (lead by Ricardo) showed up on the scheduled date and time, and worked 3 days to remove and replace my roof (I have a lot of roof). Clean up was very thorough, and Ricardo's team was always polite. Aside from a few required breaks (it was hot) the install team stayed after it aggressively every day until they completed the job. Stan was on site every day and was very good at communicating with me what was going on and what their expectations for completion were....either in person or via text messages. I ended up with a 50 year shingle, ridge vents that keep my attic much cooler, and my A/C doesn't run as much. So in conclusion, I'd recommend these guys. Reasonable, responsive, and they work with integrity. This was a big job, and I was quite anxious as to how it was going to come out, both financially and about the quality of materials and services that I'd end up with after writing the big check.
