They did exterior brick chimney waterproofing and installing a custom chimney cap. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained every part of the process and provided recommendations before drafting a quote. Excellent follow-up on job status before, during, and after completing the work.

Justin did an excellent job. All I knew was that I had a noise in my house somewhere. He came the day I mentioned it on Home Advisor. Took one look at the top of my house and he immediately diagnosed my squirrel problem when he spotted where the squirrel(s) had chewed up my vent and gotten into my attic. He retrieved two pamphlets and showed me what I needed to have done. He gave me a quote and since he needed the big cage, which takes up lots of room, he came back the next day, When he came back the next day, he covered my vent ridge on the roof of the house, the ventilations or whatever it is called at each end of the house, placed covers over all my vents, and put an open cage over the chewed up vent. so my visitors could get out of the attic. The cage is still there and when he comes back to get the cage and put on the permanent cover, he will check my attic and make sure ALL squirrels. You cannot go wrong by hiring Faircloth Wildlife Removal. They are super efficient at what they do and offer a competitive price for critter removal.

Justin was easy to work with in helping to solve a bird nesting problem and recommend a solution for the problem area as well as help to recognize a few potential problems. He was prompt and very responsive.

Justin did an excellent job, he even fixed a open spot in my air ventilation below my gutter, he covered all my vents with high quality covers that should last the lifetime of my home.

Justin did a great job taking care of a raccoon problem in our attic. He is very knowledgeable re these creatures. He first hardened all the vents on our roof with protective devices. He then set a trap on the area of the soffit that the raccoon was using for access. He positioned a camera nearby to track the animal's movements and activities for a week. The raccoon did come by early one morning but was spooked by the trap hardware and went away. After checking in the attic for activity and damage (there was none, thank goodness), Justin closed up the entrance area of the soffit. What really minimized the damage to the attic is that Justin came to the house the morning after I contacted him. Justin knows his stuff, is a nice guy, and very easy to work with.

They are timely in answering calls. I got a realistic timeline about what they would be doing. Realistic pricing for the repair and control- the only problem was apparently the raccoon outsmarted the camera! Apparently it got out before Justin reset the trap. Brad and Justin are easy to work with and if I ever have a problem again, they will be the company I call.

I enjoyed seeing other options to help keep birds away from my house. Also no animals were hurt in this process.Thank you!!

Excellent customer service - very friendly but also very professional . Quality work at a reasonable price. A raccoon had gotten into our attic and within a week it was caught and protective devices were installed. Recommend highly.
