I am beyond satisfied with Fairfax Insulation Systems. Will came to inspect the premises and answered all of my questions. As soon as he went back to his car to prepare the quote, I was 95% sure I would choose Fairfax Insulation Systems for my project. 15 minutes later he came back with a detailed, itemized quote. I explained I was waiting for a second quote (which I received 2 weeks later). In the meantime, he checked in by phone a couple of times without ever pressuring me into making a decision. Once I called him to schedule the work, I was transferred to Julia who was also very courteous and efficient. We were able to schedule for the following week and the workers arrived on-time, worked efficiently and quietly. I highly recommend you consider this company for your future insulation projects!

Not much follow through from the salesman, but the actual installers are knowledgeable, polite and clean. They did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. It helps if you speak Spanish, but take the time to engage with them and you will see that they want to do a good job.

Out of 3 quotes that I received, they beat the next quote by almost $700 and had the job done by the end of the week which made me very happy.

The estimator arrived in time and provided a proposal before he left. He climbed into the attic before writing the proposal, something the other offeror did not do. The time between booking the job and the start of the job was very short. The 2 person crew arrived on time and left our home reasonably neat. I do recommend this company.

I needed more insulation in my Capitol Hill townhouse to keep the top floor from getting so too hot or too cold. They were able to work in an attic space that was less than 3 feet tall. They sealed the floor and perimeter and blew in additional insulation. The whole job took about four hours and the house was left very clean and neat. I interviewed a number of companies and found them to be the most professional and easy to work with.
