From first estimate visit to final project completion, Fairfax Insulation Systems demonstrated superb customer service and trustworthiness to do the job right. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a straightforward competent company working in their home.

The crew was very courteous and friendly. Got right down to business and completed the job.

Fairfax Insulation just completed a job for us and I cannot say enough good things about them. We had a bathroom remodel scheduled and got short notice that our contractor would start in a week, and we had to get the spray foam insulation right after the demo so they could put the walls up without delaying the job. Our spray foam insulation contractor couldn't get us scheduled on such short notice. I contacted every place I could find that did spray foam insulation and Fairfax Insulation came through for us on very short notice. Will came out, was very nice and professional and gave us an estimate and got us on the schedule the day we needed the work done. After the demo, we discovered some problems inside the walls that needed more insulation, both sprayed and batting. Will came back that day, measured everything again and adjusted the estimate. The following day, Pedro and Marbin came and did the spray foam insulation. They were very nice and professional, did a very good job with the spray foam coverage and left the area clean. They had to send someone else to install the batting insulation so they squeezed us into their schedule to have that done. I received a call from Juan Cruz, who would come to install that. By the time he completed his regularly scheduled jobs, it was 6:30pm, but he came out from DC, was very polite and professional, and did an excellent job completing and securing the insulation. We are very happy with all of the people with Fairfax Insulation and would highly recommend them.

Workers showed up on time, they did the job but I had to be behind them to clean but my problem is the job completion paperwork that I have asked for, they have not provided to me.

They (Rauol andWalter) we’re great! Showed up on time, took great care of all areas of the house, did what the contract specified. We are very pleased with the look of our attic and look forward to the $$ saving in heating and cooling for years to come. The tent and baffle placement as well as the blown in insulation materials will serve us well in the coming years. Thanks for the great job!

Fairfax Insulation Systems LLC did an excellent job of removing old blown-in, sanitizing, sealing, adding baffles, and installing mineral wool bait in attic. The cleanliness and professional job received from this crew is highly recommended. They provided photos throughout this insulation process. Treating others with respect and appreciation works both ways. Great job!

After 4 estimates I went with Fairfax insulation systems. They were not the cheapest but they are the worst. The scheduled start date they did not show after waiting all day. Rescheduled 4 days later and they showed up late, after prep work they were ready to bring the hose in for the attic to be sprayed and I asked why were they not removing the floor boards as I had paid extra for that and they said they didn?t know they were suppose to remove and hall away the boards. They also did not have the equipment necessary in the truck, which I might add took up the parking lot of my little townhouse community making it inconvenient for hours for my neighbors. The huge truck was rescheduled again for the following Monday. Again this huge truck shows up taking up the parking lot and this time they remove all the boards and pack up the truck. I asked them about the insulation and they said we were only suppose to take up the boards. Not insulate nor is our ?truck? equipped with the spray foam. What did I hire this company to do? What is their only speciality? Oh yeah insulation.. and so when I call and say ok I am done with your company I will pay what I owe they told me that I would need to pay 2600 for the work done based on the contract The total was $3223. So insulation must only cost $600? Don?t use them. They are poorly managed and need to be put out of business. Which I am going to make my job since I am retired I will continue to write reviews on this company to make sure no one else is taken advantage of.

Had a few communication issues at the start t once they got in, they did exceptional work.

The worst customer service and communication ever. They scheduled 2 jobs, set dates and took my money then they did not show up on the days to do the jobs. They told me the job was finished and I have the inspector come out and get upset with me for wasting his time when there was no insulation in the walls. Then they did not refund all of my money. Terrible company as terrible customer service. Hopefully they will not be around for very long. Be careful if you use them. I do not recommend it.

I needed my attic insulation replaced. They were very professional. The initial consultant took pictures of the state of the attic and provided options that helped me decide what I needed to get done. My attic was sealed, baffled and insulated. The installers completed the installation and clean up in a single day.

I had my crawl space insulated and after the initial installation, there were terrible fumes coming into the room above. I called Fairfax Installation about it and they sent another team out to rectify the situation. They were very responsive and I was happy after the second team came in to seal up what was left open originally.

Truly disappointed with this company. Lack of communication at every step of the process, never have had a more frustrating customer experience. Five hours late on the initial estimate, A day late getting started on the project, not a single phone call with project updates. Last-minute changes on the installation forced my family to find a place to stay unsuspectingly. Insult to injury, they added 1000 dollars to the bill after starting work, failing to add the fireproof paint, a code requirement they omitted in the initial estimate. During any of the installations, there was no project supervision, leaving a filthy home every time they executed work in the house. The entire time, the whole company does not know what the other departments are doing. There are still scuffs on my floors, blinds, plastic in my hallway, and unfinished drywall in my bedroom as I type this. Seven days into the project, they have not completed the work and have provided zero updates on when to expect completion. They will not return my calls and refuse to give me any comprehensive answer on the status of my project. AVOID THIS COMPANY! SAVE THE FRUSTRATION AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

One of the better salespeople, but the crew was mediocre, they will not show you the finished product with pictures or progress photos and if anything needs correcting, forget about it. We withheld payment until they repaired cracked drywall resulting from their work - we had to schedule 6 appointments just to get someone to fix it, while the business was not getting paid.

They forgot to tell me about the off-gas. There was a miscommunication with the front office and actual installer.
