Fairfax Marble and Granite, LLC

I was very happy with the service and quality! I went to the Chantilly showroom and the guy showed me all the granites in their large warehouse and it was great to see them full size rather than on a small chip. I had trouble making up my mind but the guy was patient. They came to measure my kitchen counters and installed the countertop and new sink within about 2 weeks of my order. They took great care to make sure the corner where 2 pieces of granite joined was smooth and even, which I appreciated. The plumber came with them to install the sink and he was able to re-attach my garbage disposal so I didn't have to buy a new one. He recommended a new valve under the sink but I decided not to spend the extra $35 (mistake). The next day there was a leak because of my old valve, so I emailed Fairfax Marble and they sent the plumber back in a day, and he replaced the valve for $35 with no extra service fee. The guy from Fairfax Marble even emailed me after the installation to make sure I was happy with everything and not many companies do that any more. From talking to my friends, I'd say the prices here are the same as what you'd pay at any other place. Not cut-rate, but it seems like a fair price for nice quality, big selection, and great service.

This company is extremely responsive! I worked with Tina S. and she ensured I was comfortable and informed of every step of the process. She made recommendations for my kitchen that I had not thought of doing and it turned out great! I highly recommend using them for kitchen renovations!

Mehmet was very gracious and never pushed. I went in at least 5 times without an appointment and Mehmet always made time for me and moved as many slabs as I wanted. Once I made a decision, someone came to measure and the next day I went to help lay out the pattern. This was the best experience I have ever had working with any company. Mehmet Topcu was extremely patient with me, an indecisive customer. I found this company on line went in without an appointment and went back at least 5 times trying to decide. I was never pushed to make a decision and Mehmet had as many slabs moved as I wanted, all this and I never had an appointment. Once I decided The date was set to measure and the next day I went to have it laid out. It was installed in a very timely manner. Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional.
