"We get called out to a house for a service call, on a leaking roof. The owner has 7-9 kids in all different states. The owner is 94 years old, claiming that he is not gonna be here much longer and that he wants to do the cheapest thing possible. Even after we recommended that he not just try to repair the roof and that he needed a new roof, he wanted it repaired anyway. So we did as we were instructed to, trying to be as helpful as we could. After the repair didnt work, I received 10 phone calls from 3 different kids of his which, keep in mind, they are all well into their fifties, saying that we scammed their elderly father and that the"
