Pamela and Mike are a husband and wife team who are both licensed inspectors with many years of experience, so youâ re really getting two inspectors for the price of one! They are very professional and will take the time to walk the buyer through the house and explain everything. Walked and talked me through inexpensive safety enhancements and minor earthquake repairs. Very pleased with the work, promptness, and cost. Would hire again.
