Great company to work with. Called before they came, was a little early, polite, and professional. Our service tech was respectful of the house and cleaned up after he was done.

We have a two-story house with only one AC/heating unit which resulted in a major problem getting the upstairs of our house heated or cooled. After two other AC companies came in to assess and advise on the problem - both of whom caused us misgivings - we called Fairway. What a difference. They did a thorough inspection and recommended what I think was the exact right system for us - not too much and not too little. It has made a huge difference in our comfort level both in summer and winter. (Neighbors of ours with the same house model and the problem had a different system installed by another company for about the same price. They have seen no difference since their install. That has not been our experience.) Fairways staff, from the owner to the installers to the techs, are outstanding and their follow-up has been impressive. In short, we could not be more pleased with Fairway Cooling and Heating and highly recommend them for their work and service.
