1.) I spent 3 days de-thatching the lawn 2.) I watered extensively in prep for the aeration 3.) The workers arrived...my wife was concerned they did not use enough seed. 4.) I waited for the seed to germinate...3 weeks 5.) I have massive places that did not germinate 6.) I was "sold" an extra of a "$30 fertilizer program" 7.) I have called and they have not reponded 8.) My water bill is 3x what it should be... 9.) Seems my wife is right...they spared the seed and moved on.

Upon hiring I was told they would come every 6 wks. It took 3 phone calls to get them back after 8 wks. The Tech missed a major portion of the lawn, doing a hit and miss job. He left after no more than 5 minutes so I called Fairways who promised they would have him come right back and finish the job. He never returned!
