This company is a total ripoff! I paid them in "good faith" and they never finished the job: Carlos was supposed to install a barn door in my garage but made one up out of a bedroom door. I told him that this was NOT acceptable and sent him 2 pictures of inexpensive barn doors on stock at home depot. I never heard from him again and the company refused to return my calls. I have a written estimate proving that Carlos was to install a BARN DOOR. We did a google search at the time of the estimate appointment to look for barn doors so he knew perfectly well what type of barn door I wanted. We never talked about fabricating a barn door. Again, I paid the full amount in good faith because Carlos told me he would actually order the barn door but that was all a lie. RIPOFF Handyman Services is more like it! Total disgrace! Of course I am a middle aged woman living alone so the company took advantage of that! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. The name of the company was selected to fool customers into believing that these people are actually honest! NOT SO! I saw one of Carlos' response to a bad review on Yelp and Carlos was extremely insulting to that customer! He turned nasty really quickly. Carlos did cut corners by fabricating a barn door instead of buying one per our estimate. He did what he wanted and when I asked him to remedy the issued, he disappeared with my money. I ignored minor things but the barn door was too much. And this guy is getting away with ripping off people every so often. And he can't say that my house is trashed or that I was an awful person because that would be a total lie. I had to text him several times to ask him to finish the project and to come get the debris away. He treated me like crap for no reason. Faith Based Handyman services????? If God is watching.... what goes around comes around....

Job well done and completed on time

Carlos is friendly and knows what he is doing. The old microwave did not want to leave but he managed to convince it without damage to the wall, cabinets or stove!

We needed a replacement gas dryer installed, since the delivery company did not hook up any gas appliances and the store installation was expensive. We received a quick response to our initial inquiry. Not only were they able to fit our original tine frame for a reasonable price. We were able to change the time the morning of the install, to be closer to the two hour delivery tine window we got the evening before. They even went with me to the local hardware store to get the proper size gas line and fitting adapter to install the dryer and the smaller gas line connection. The work was done quickly and properly. They also verified the connections were tightened properly with no leaks and that the dryer was operational and heating properly. I will definitely use this company again.

Carlos was very friendly. His services were reasonably priced. He showed up for the appointments on time, though unprepared on the first visit. Once the job was completed he ensured that the work areas were clean and debris discarded. I am not sure what the scope is of all the services he offers but I would definitely recommend him to install a washer and dryer in anyone’s home.
