The tech (Christian?) was very professional and amiable. He had the unit running again fairly quickly and tested it. He took the time to talk to me about operating the generator and a friendly conversation. I hope he comes back next on the next service date.

Easy to work with.

The electricians and plumbers were very professional in their demeanor. They worked as a team, everyone knew what to do and how to do it. They answered all my questions, but didn't let that distract them from their job. I was impressed with the speed of the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and took their trash with them.

Nothing is wrong with our standby generator right now but we were being proactive and looking for a company for emergency service calls and to perform the annual maintenance. Although they have not actually performed any work for us yet, their rates were very reasonable and more competitive than others we talked to and we have scheduled Faith Electric to perform our annual maintenance in March 2018.

Sales and workmen were super.. showed up on time and did the install. Permit inspection was prompt (next day) and everything was approved. The only delay we experienced was in getting a tech back to the site to bring the generator online after inspection. This seemed to be a scheduling issue in the office but it wasn't well communicated and I had to call several times to get it done. All in all, I recommend this company highly and will continue to do business with them to keep my unit in top condition.

I was very hesitant due to price. But I am extremely pleased with the service, very pleasant and professional persons in all categories that I worked with, in all it was definitely worth it.

The only gap in the entire process was delay in getting all work permitted. City government involved, but Faith should do the work necessary to have a seamless process for inspections to be completed quickly after work is complete and same day whenever possible. I would hire Faith Electric to do the job again, and highly recommend them.

I would hire them again....guys were very kind, everyone on the phone was outstanding...no pms chicks to deal with, all very professional. My only minor complaint would be that I asked the estimator for a few extra hours of misc electrical work to put in the time frame and then reiterated it on the phone and they were aware of it but then the electrician said he wasn't told so my misc work didn't get done. So not sure what happened but would still hire this company again.

They contacted me the same day I submitted the request and arrived two days later for the estimate. Great service!
