I live in Florida and have a house in GSO,NC.A few weeks ago my tenant called and said that there was a water drip from a bathroom wall. Being so far away the process of screening a contractor can be a scary process.I came here and was referred to F,H & L Remodeling. Mr Hunter has been by far the best contractor I have worked with.He visited the property in a timely manner,worked with my tenant and even tarped the area of the roof to be repaired in preparation of bad weather.He sent photos of all the pre/post work and kept open communication all throughout.He will also be doing my deck work and any future work my rental needs.Thank you.
