I am very displeased. I hired this service for tenants moving into my home and the house was left in a disguisting manner. My tenants demanded money taken off of their rent the place was so unclean.

Cleaned upholstery thoroughly...I had not had microsuede cleaned before and it turned out beautifully. Capets were removed for cleaning at the plant (it was easier to do it this way during moving) and will return the carpets shortly.

They did an excellent job. More than we expected. They did cost more than others and took a very long time.

The service staff arrived promptly and labored without a break for approximately 6 hours. My project was a total house, "spring cleaning," including baseboards, walls, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and three rooms of heavily soiled carpet. Not only did the service exceed expectations, the staff gladly worked over time and Faith Marie personally inspected their work to ensure my satisfaction. I found her and the staff to be professional, polite and efficient. The service was reasonably priced, particularly given the size of the project. I enthusiastically recommend Faith Marie's firm to anyone in need of a professional cleaning service!

I was really impressed with the overall cleaning job and I will definitely use them again and again. I have hired cleaning services in the past , but Faith Marie's cleaning service is far more superior to the others.

The two workers that were dropped off at my house by Faith Marie did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with their service. On the other hand, Faith Marie did not come back to pick up her worker for 21/2 hours after they finish, so I was stuck at home waiting until after 6 PM. Her reason was she got stuck at another job... her problems should be placed on her customers. She was very apologetic but still doesn't work for me. To treat me and her employees that way is unforgivable and most definitely unprofessional...

I was not satisfied with one of the rooms where there were several areas in the room that were clean. One area was as just as you walk into the bedroom. I showed Faith the area where I wanted her crew to come back and redo and she agreed. No one has returned to clean the area even after I called to remind Faith and she said she would come out herself the next day. It's been over a week and I have not heard from the owner of the company. I will not use her company again and I will not recommend her to anyone. I paid her the same day the work was done with good faith that she would come back and complete the job. I won't do that again.
