This review is not being written out of spite, but only as a conscious duty to let others know what we experienced having you work for us. It will probably come across as strong-worded at times, but the truth often hurts The plumbing you did while installing the Hot Water Heater is still leaking. Though it is LIVING WATER! Though it is FLOWING WATER! It is ABSOLUTELY NOT of the LORD! Neither is your leaving this job unfinished. The LORD is not pleased whenever we treat people like you have treated us. I really cannot understand why or how it is that you as a Master Plumber cannot fix this. First, you installed a brand new Hot Water Heater. (I asked you if I should purchase an Expansion Tank for the new Hot Water Heater before you installed it, and you said no.) Within days it was leaking. You suggested another brand new Hot Water Heater because you claimed the unit was defective. (You still insisted that there was no need for an Expansion Tank.) As a side note, you were paid very well by Rheem twice to do a professional install. Then in no time at all this one started leaking too. Finally, you installed an Expansion Tank along with a Tank Booster, but it still leaked. I finally found the leaks myself, and you came back once again to tighten up all the plumbing. However, it is still leaking, and when I asked you if you could fix it you told me to call another plumber. Unfortunately at this point, I know that is the best thing for me to do seeing how it appears you are unable to properly do the job. It has been almost a whole year, and my Hot Water Heater is still leaking/pouring. I have to clean up the water twice every day. I understand that there is a relatively small number of people here who have spoken very highly of you, and you know we did too when you first sent us the link to write a glowing review about you and your company, Faith Plumbing. However, as a Christian, I cannot in good conscience any longer recommend you or your company for any work. This is a very disappointing ending that you have chosen. ONE SHOULD ALWAYS BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHENEVER SOMEONE TRIES TOO HARD TO VERBALLY CONVINCE YOU OF WHAT A DEDICATED CHRISTIAN THEY ARE TO PROMOTE THEIR OWN BUSINESS, AND TO LINE THEIR OWN POCKETS. FRUIT ALWAYS SPEAKS LOUD AND CLEAR BY ITSELF.

Faith Plumbing was amazing! Troy and his crew were very honest and reliable. Everything from the quote to the actual work being done was so painless, and they really put our minds at ease. They were very knowledgeable and efficient all the way through, and they did not leave anything undone! Plus, they were very friendly and kind to our family. I will always use Faith Plumbing!

The service was great! I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Saunders was prompt and very professional. His demeanor was pleasant. He completed the job in a timely manner with excellent clean up afterward. The price was very reasonable and we were completely satisfied. We have hired this company for many projects and will use them again.
