They went above and beyond! The literally saved my fiancé and i from serious harm. Water and electricity don t and will never mix and being shocked in your shower isn t a great feeling at all! FaithCo will be my go to for any electrical issue!

Our servicemen came prepared, thinking ahead that we might need a new ceiling fan just in case the old one had a problem that could not be fixed. Sure enough, the old one could not be fixed so we ended up with a new fan that was sold at a discount since it had a former owner (for 2 days!) Happy with the new one!

First I'd like to credit Keith and Manuel for saving our lives. A live wire was in water that accumulated under our home from plumbing issues that couldn't be repaired until the electric issue was resolved. Not covered by our home warranty, we hired Faithco to resolve our electric issue. Keith and Miguel were not only professional in the service they provided but seemed have a interest in our personal safety as well. The owner called me to schedule the very small project (primarily to install several new light fixtures). His workers were at my house the next morning, as promised, and worked professionally. They finished promptly, cleaned up after themselves, billed me, explained the bill and left. The owner followed up with me quickly to make sure I was pleased. I was.

This is a very professional company and experts in their field. The owner came on the job and got his men started and checked on their progress about every two hours. The crew worked steady and were cleaned the area after the job. The office staff and project manager answered all my questions and were striving and meeting customer service and satisfaction. The job was coordinated and completed when as said. I just wished they did plumbing and other area of repair. You will never go wrong selecting this company. Thanks again, Linda
