Had them come out and give my furnace a good cleaning and service. Did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price....also took notice that our water heater is very old and rusted out on the top, let us know that it needs replaced asap , gave us a rough estimate on coat for it....we will having them replace that for us also.....very friendly and professional...

I was looking for a company who would maintain both my heating system and my central air conditioning--annual maintenance and subsequent repairs as needed. Carl Fake came and inspected both systems. He made suggestions about what needed to be done and then drew up service agreements, showing me what was included and the pricing. His assessment and recommendations were thorough and detailed. I thought the agreements were reasonable and signed up that very first appointment. He came early within a couple of days to do the cleaning of both systems and replaced an expansion tank as agreed upon. I hope for many more years of service from Fake Heating and A/C. My previous company's prices were getting too high and I think they took advantage of me especially over their oil pricing, as they would not service my equipment unless I bought oil from them also. I have separated the servicing of my equipment from the delivery of heating oil and I am much happier for doing so. Mr Fake seemed personable enough, was friendly. But has failed to follow through on his promises, he was to contact me for additional repairs that were needed and has not returned three phone calls.

Carl installed natural gas plumbing for my new natural gas dryer. Quote was about $400 cheaper than the "big name" companies for the same job! And, he was so much more friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and explained EVERYTHING. He was so great, I just got another quote from him to install the plumbing for a new natural gas oven. I wont call anyone else! As a auto technician, its hard to trust someone, but when you find Carl Fake, you wont ever call anyone else!

I needed my heater repaired and Carl Fake figured out what the issue was within minutes of being at my house. He explained everything to me about how the part works and what happens when it’s not working anymore. He was very efficient and skilled. He is also a very pleasant person with a warm demeanor. As a single mother, it made me comfortable to have this man working in my home. I plan to have him return to service my air conditioner in the spring.

He has great prices. Very friendly and Knowledgeable. Diagnose the problem very quickly, he did not have the part needed with him but went and got the part very quickly. Can't expect the guy to have every part in his vehicle, he would have to drive a warehouse around. Problem was fixed very quickly and efficiently.
