I am very pleased with my floors. The team did an amazing job!! The job took 3 days and I was able to move my furniture in on the fourth day. I love the new look of my house. Would hire again!!

Aurelio was very quick to respond to any email/call I made, the punctuality wise they were also great. The project was done on time as promised. However, not only the quality was not on par with the price they asked but they also lied to me along the way and used the cheapest material whenever possible. They had a simple task to install hardwood floors on the second floor that matched the first floor. The day that they started the project I got a call from Aurelio saying that he has good news, seemingly the supplier made a mistake and sent the wrong size for floors, but it was more expensive because it was wider than what I had on the first floor, basically he said that they sent 3 1/4 instead of 2 1/4 and they will not charge us more because it was their mistake. He insisted that I make the decision within 5 minutes so that he know what to do, and while I was 1.5 away from the house and had no measuring tape with me I consulted my friends on the phone and decided to go with a better option. When I saw afterward how 2 1/4 looks at my friends I was sure something was wrong because I knew my floors were much wider (for full context I just bought the house and gave the keys to Aurelio on the closing day). The next day when I came to the house he still innocently pretended that yes indeed these were wider, but when we went to the house the reality was that my floors were 4 inches, so he lied to me and I was naive to actually believe him. To this day I cannot forgive myself for that, since even a person who does not know anything about hardwood floors could not possibly go through the first floor to second and after a glance think that these are 2 1/4. He of course offered me a $500 discount very swiftly, it is obvious now that he was prepared to do it since he was afraid that I will ask them to remove the floors. Obviously he just either went with a cheaper option or he already had it in stock (the next morning after I hired him he somehow had all the flooring delivered)

Hired for herringbone install of vinyl plank flooring -- a difficult job. Aurelio and his team were highly responsive and professional. The final product looks great...and we're pretty picky! I would definitely hire them again.

I had a great experience with Falcon Floors. They replaced the existing carpet with wood flooring in my house. The owner, Aurelio, and his partner Tony are very detail-oriented and accommodating to my requests. They and his guys showed up on time and they keep good communication with me throughout. What impressed me most is that Aurelio and Tony even went above and beyond: one section of my plywood subfloor had the squeaky sound when walked on. The noise did not go away after Aurelio secured the area with screws. I was told this is because there was a big opening (for piping) underneath the plywood so there is not enough support for the plywood. Aurelio and Tony proposed to cut open the plywood subfloor and add more support. They ended up adding three 2X4 studs underneath the plywood which completely eliminated the noise. I was very happy and impressed as I did not pay them for this! As a matter of fact, I did not even ask them to do this. They volunteered to fix this problem. Now I have beautiful wood flooring and could not be happier with their work. One more thing: they are not the cheapest, but they are very reasonable and they are worth every penny I paid. I would highly recommend them.

It’s nice to work with an honest repair person who isn’t just out to make a buck (though I think most of us do like making a few bucks). Mr Falcon told me that what I wanted couldn’t be done and still look right without me having to replace all my flooring, not something I can afford. He gave me some tips and suggestions to get me by for now until I can afford to do it right, or I may just go with an area rug since this is a rental. If the time comes to do the project Falcon Flooring will be my choice because of his integrity and life ethics.

Falcoln Floors did an amazing job. They extended the hardwood into the bedrooms and refinished 100% of it, it is beautiful. They were quick, efficient and pleasant to work with. Definitely would hire again.

I would highly recommend Falcon Flooring. They exceeded my expectations by finishing the project earlier than expected. I had two other estimates, and Falcon was the most reasonable and most professional. They arrived on Sunday morning in the pouring rain on time at 8:00 am. They were done laying my flooring in 6 hours. I have recommended them to clients already.

He is phenomenal! He explained everything to me in detail for the whole process on the floors, and why he was doing it that way. He is very professional, personable, and going above and beyond expectations. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend to all.

He was very concerned about the quality of his work, and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. I had a combination of walnut floors and Brazilian cherry throughout my home. His staff brought them all back to life, and I had almost forgotten how beautiful my walnut floors were. I am very pleased with the outcome, and would recommend him highly.
