Alan Martin called right away and performed a great job when he arrived and cleaned up very well after he left.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and their quality of work. They took time to educate on the issue(s) and cost of repairs. I was offered an excellent rate for the repairs and they even completed the job a day earlier than expected.

They did a good job once they were here. However, they kept my wife, and then me,waiting for over four hours the day we had an appointment, and the next day they came very late. A telephone call would have avoided this. I called several times to see whether and when they were coming and did not receive an accurate response. I put great store in punctuality, and this situation was inexcusable.

Falcon Plumber did portion of the project. Still waiting to complete they had to order pars. So far I would recommend Falcon they were courtesy and prompt with my time. Linda Bohannon

They did an excellent job, and I would hire them again if I every needed more work done.

Alan called me within 10 minutes of my initial contact with Service Magic and was at my house within 2 hours with an estimate. After I called my insurance company to confirm the repair, Alan started working to reconnect my gas service immediately and had it repaired in a little less the two hours. I am very happy with Falcon Plumbing and would certainly recommend them.

I was really pleased with Falcon Plumbing. The plumbers were at my residents on time and was very professional. They explained what they were going to do and explained what needed to be done in the near future. The first job was completed the same day then came back the second day and kind of forgot what that assigment was but completed that job as well. Yes, I would recommend Falcons Plumbing to friends and family. Job well done.

They called immediately after the request. After comparing to others they were the lowest cost that could meet my time-frame. They were a few hours late getting to the work appointment. They were professional and quick in doing their work. I would do business with them again.

Alan Martin was prompt and courteous and did a very good job.

Too expensive. He came out very quickly but the repair was very simple (literally, all he did was press a button to reset the water heater) and he charged me $125. I didn't think it was a very fair price assessment. I would not use this contractor again.
