They arrived on time, actually a little early, and went right to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up so well that you'd never know they had cut down any branches. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. I thought the price was very reasonable.

We have had this company trim our white oak trees 3 years ago and we wouldn't want any other company to touch our trees. They are very professional and care about the quality of their work.

Came to give a quote right away. Ruben said he could get the tree cut the next day, Tuesday. That was then changed to Friday. He did not show on Friday. I called the office and was told maybe he can come on Saturday, no one came or called. The following Tuesday is just showed up and started cutting the tree. Once the tree was down they went to leave. I had to stop them and watch them to make sure they cleaning it up and finished their job. Then I went to give him my credit card and he said oh a card, you have to call the office to pay with that. I felt like I had just done something wrong. My tree id down but it wasn't a good experience at all.

Challenging tree in residential back yard was removed in less than 2 hours! I would have guessed it would have taken much longer. Rueben and his team were thorough with extreme attention to details. Not one plant adjacent to the tree was harmed in any way. Saw dust and other debris absolutely cleaned up. The only way you would know a tree was there in the first place was a neatly stacked pile of wood cut into very usable lengths. Responses to email and phone calls were always courteous and prompt. I wish more companies had such amazing commitments to doing a great job! Would not hesitate to call them again for tree work.

Great group of guys that did an awesome job on an 80 ft fir tree. I was concerned about the dead branches and heavy branches so called Falcon to come out. They were early, worked hard, and finished well within the time frame I was quoted. In fact, I'm having them out to do some other work this summer.
