Bathroom - Remodel
My job consisted of an apartment refresh, and an updated bathroom Kitchen. Lou and the team did exactly what I asked, on time and on budget. They were extremely neat and I could not be happier! Lou understood that this was a rental space and did not try to sell me what I did not need, which I truly appreciated!

Me being a senior, they tried to take complete advantage of me. They did not do the work as they were supposed to, they did not use the same colors and he lied. There was no need for that and I am not happy for their services at all.

"Hi, sorry that you are not happy we do not take advantage of senior citizens, the concrete that we use we do not make it is ordered from a company and is delivered to the job site they do not guarantee color or any other issues we ordered the same concrete for all our jobs with no issues. Our workmanship is always above and beyond our customers expectations, we are working with you to try to resolve this problem but you should be taken this up with the concrete company that supplied your job ."

I hired Falcone Landscaping & Construction to extend my yard. This included excavation , building a retaining wall , installing pavers and new fencing . I had several companies come give me quotes and Falcone's pricing was right there with everyone else. The reason why I chose Falcone is because the owner took the time to understand what I wanted and patiently explained to me how everything would work. Once the work started everything went exactly how it was explained and the job came out beautiful. Not only was the owner always professional but so were his employees. One thing happened on the job that I was very surprised by, in a good way, The electrician that was hired for the job was a no show so Louis the owner of Falcone did the electrical work which he didn't even charge me to do . By doing this Falcone not only stayed on schedule but saved me about $700 in the process . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do any type of home improvements and I personally will 100% use them for my next job.

This was the most professional company i have ever dealt with. The men came early, left late, cleaned up every day. It was extremely hot but that did not slow this crew down. Our driveway was a gravel , weed filled mess. I never thought it would look as beautiful as it turned out. Also fixed a foundation leak . Kept working at it until it was corrected. Louis, our foreman, was very responsive and polite to any additions or changes I asked of him. He was great. Thinking of doing kitchen remodeling. There is often considerable anxiety when a part of our home needs a major overhaul. Therefore, we rely on expertise and honesty of the contractor to whom we entrust both our home and our resources. Mr. Falcone came highly recommended. I can now see why. The initial assessment of the needed work could have easily been much more involved. A homeowner can sense how a real expert assesses damage and the plan of action with the glance of experience. Mr. Falcone could have easily proposed a much higher estimate for a far more involved work, but instead he reassured me that the damage that water had done over the years to my patio and garage were amenable to remedy for less than expected. He predicted a good outcome at the completion of work. Frankly, my expectations were surpassed. The outcome is actually excellent. Mr. Falcone saved both, the garage and its roof (which is a concrete patio) from decades of water damage. They now both look now safe, strong, dry and beautiful. He gave me honest advice, used the latest technology for waterproofing, and has given to both locations an appeal that they had long lost. I cannot be more satisfied. Mr. Falcone's crew is also to be praised for evident expertise, efficiency, cleanliness, punctuality, courtesy and even attire. These are all important elements for an honorable company. I do believe that the expense was a real investment that has considerably increased the house real estate value. For all this and more, I highly recommend Mr. Falcone to anyone that knows how to appreciate experience, competence, work ethic and honesty. Bruno M.

I needed repair on my front steps. The crew was very neat, efficient, worked hard thru the very hot weather. They showed up on time.They hauled everything away. Rocky was on top of everything and very easy to contact. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them for any future projects that I have

I am very pleased with this company. Rocky and his crew replaced a concrete path in front of my house with pavers. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the pavers and they turned white. Rocky and his crew completely redid them free of charge. I decided to swap my lawn for pavers too since they did such a great job. I am going to hire them to do other jobs too. They are reasonably priced, hardworking and honest. I totally recommend this company.

This was my first large project. Rocky made it an easy process. He answered any questions I had regarding any part of the project. As the work continued, if I was not happy with something, Rocky was there to assure me the issue would be fixed, and it was. His workers were there everyday until the job was done. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up every day. I heard stories from others that contractors start and then it takes forever to finish as they do not show up every day. That never happened here. My front garden, side driveway and yard look amazing!!!

Rocky and the crew did the job right. The arrived on time, took out appliances and debris which included a washer and dryer in the cellar, two refrigerators, two heavy sinks, carpeting, yard fencing, YOU NAME IT. They even double checked the capping and disconnect job I had done on the pipes (see my plumber review) under the sinks and stoves... I got it right... and they removed what I thought would be impossible to get out of the house. Incredible! They came in at 8 am and left promptly at 5pm, all done! The only reason I left a 4.5 on the value was that the place wasn't exactly "broom clean" when they left. there was a lot of stuff that could have been swept up, but I didn't complain about it, I just did it myself. When they leave the premises, they are OUT, so it pays to be organized and prepare ahead of time like I did. Soild guys.

This was a great company to work with. I live in NC and had to have some concrete repairs done at my home in NY. Rocky was great had the crew fix it up quickly for me was I was selling house and needed work done before inspector came. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them

Lou was fabulous and getting stuff done with our retaining wall, steps and pavers. His foreman, Lou was also great and work came out fantastic. The communication was really good and got what we wanted. Their crew was very professional and hard-working. Highly recommend!

Thank you Lou for repairing and putting in new steps, and placing paving stones in front of my house! It wasn't easy finding the right person for the job, but when my husband and I met and talked with Lou about our project, we quickly knew that we had to hire him. I had plenty of questions about the work being done, and he answered every single one of them. He honestly put my mind at ease through the whole process. I hired Lou to grind, seal, and polish my concrete floor in my living room/kitchen. Lou met me at my house to give me an estimate (which was very reasonable) and then returned with his crew twice to complete the work. He also consistently kept me appraised of the progress and even held off on completing the job until I was able to review the partially completed job. Lou is a complete professional and generous with his time. Above all, his crew's work is very good and outrageously good value.
