Jose from Falcone's showed up on time for the survey and quoted me a price which I thought was fair and reasonable. I went with Falcone and Jose met with me again to show me samples to choose from. He said he would start the job the very next day at 8:00 and be completed the same day. The next day at 8:00 am his crew showed up and went to work. Installed new roofing, aluminum trim, gutters and leaders and completed it the same day as stated. They cleaned up any debris and price remained exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Falcone's.

Jose was very nice, a true gentleman, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His work crew worked as a team efficiently. Appointments were kept and everything was on time. I would definitely use them again

honestly got off to a rocky start. he changed 2 start dates but he made up for it with quality work and a reduction in price. he even came out on a sunday to make sure the roof was covered properly with rain on its way. i definately recommend them!!! extremely satisfied!!

All the workers speak Spanish;some English. They work fast. Clean up was not great. They didnâ t finish the painting but did come back, with some prodding, a week later to complete the job. They did my roof, repaired a ceiling in the basement and removed wallpaper and painted a small bedroom. Satisfactory work all around. Fair price.

After serious problems with a flat roof repair last spring, a job which was so poorly done it had to be re-done in the summer (vendor also secured via Home Advisor) I had to do it yet again this December when major leakages resumed into the apartment below. I took another shot with Home Advisor and found Falcone Roofing. They seem to have done the job adequately but not without problems. After he began, he discovered past extensive leakage had compromised the underlayment. This led to an increase in price for the est. 600 sq. ft. area from the initial estimate of $6,500 to $9,000. Caught off guard and with the roof already torn open and more rain on the way, I had no choice but to go forward. The end result seems to be okay (assuming the leaks dont return!) but there were many issues along the way. The good stuff: 1) They did a thorough job; and 2) they did a decent job on a new roof fence which I feared was too flimsy for the application (theyd persuaded me it was better to ditch the old fence and install a new one at an additional cost of $2800 which further drove up the price ); they fixed the problem with the flimsy fence they constructed by retrofitting it with cabling to secure it more strongly. The bad stuff: 1) Neither the boss nor his workers spoke English well so communication was difficult; 2) The fencing they installed WAS too flimsy for the application, thus requiring the retrofitting and the carpentry work they did to piece it together was adequate but sloppy; 3) They damaged the siding on the wall where the flat roof buts up against the rest of the house so badly that it could not be restored in its original condition; 4) They left the job half done in the first week but assured me they had sealed it so that no leakage would occur from rain before they came back after New Years Day BUT that wasnt so as heavy rains caused new leakage doing much more damage to the ceiling underneath which they then tried to deny was their fault; 5) They damaged parts of my concrete driveway from dropping heavy equipment (I am re cementing where I have to myself) and they spilled aluminum paint all over the driveway which they then had to power wash off leaving the driveway looking blotchy; 6) They didnt do the complete job promised, deciding that they couldnt do the the two porch surfaces included in the original job (we knocked off $250 for each porch on the final payment); 7) They rushed to finish the job after dark, making it hard to do a final inspection; 8) They left a lot of debris and nails around which I had to show them using a flashlight in the dark to to make sure these were picked up; 9) The silver paint was applied to the membrane in the dark and in a rush in cold temperatures (contra mfrs specs) and the result, now that its dry, is appalling -- the painted surface is mottled and brown where it should be silver (suggesting they failed to mix the paint thoroughly or perhaps adulterated it with a thinner to make it go further). Addendum: 7-8 mos. after job I have discovered leakage under the roof where they installed a portion of the new fence. It seems the left a gap which I cannot reach myself but when heavy rains come the water is getting inside and penetrating to the apartment below. Also one of the anchor cables they installed to strengthen the fencing blew off about a month ago. I had to fix myself but its clear they did not install enough of these cables as part of the fencing is still flimsy and a danger given that this deck area is a flat roof three flights up! Okay for roofing but not at the prices they charged me with all the attendant problems. (They also did severe damage to the capping of a side porch against which they had mounted their ladder - only discovered after they were gone!)

Jose showed up as scheduled and completed his work the same day. He removed two layers of shingles and installed 34 bundles of GAF HD shingle. The only problem I had with his work that his people left nails all over my common driveway. I contacted him the next day and he apologized. He said his blower wasn't working. Poor excuse, I was lucky I spotted the nails the next day and sweep them up without a blower!!

He was very professional and humble. The only issue I had with him is he couldn’t provide me copy of the company insurance. I will definitely hire him again.
