Falcones Construction Services, Inc.

Very satisfied with the service done by Jose. Professional and honest. He explained the entire process and was very thorough as to what was needed. Showed before and after pictures of the repair on gutters and roof. Thank you Jose!

I’m very pleased with the roof repair service I received. They did a great job repairing the leak and completed the work in a timely manner. The process was smooth, the work was done professionally, and I’m happy with the results. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of roof repairs!

They were fantastic. Did an awesome work.

Not only was the job done fast. It was done for a good price with excellent communication. Job was a little more entailed than originally thought due to water damage and rot not visible. I was called right away and pictures were sent to discuss. After that pictures were being texted throughout the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better job.

They called everyday. They waited for a clear day to do the job. They were prompt. Started early, worked late. They are professional and friendly and quality work. Sent pictures on my phone during the work so I can see it. Kept me notified. A week later he came back to the house to check on the roof.

Jose was prompt on reaching out and offered to perform the work the next day after he saw the state of our gutters. He also let us know that we had no leaf filters andI thought the work was acceptable (of course, I'm not an expert in either roofs or gutters) until I noticed my front row of shingles curling. When I called the roofing company to inspect, they discovered the following issues: However, the work was not done correctly (both the hangars and the leaf filters) which resulted in the warranty for my brand new roof costing $36K (installed earlier in July) to be invalidated. I need to pay the roofing contractor to fix the damage corrected to ensure the continued warranty of my roof. Here is a list of the issues with the work performed: Upon inspection, we noticed that 4 foot segments of gutter guard were not installed as per manufacturer specification, which would include screw spacing, proper overlapping, gap closure, as well as installing on a gutter that is completely nonfunctioning and hanging from the house. Also notated was the installation of gutter protector sliding underneath the Roofing shingles, which voids manufacturer warranty. The installation allows high winds to penetrate the Roofing shingles because the seal is unable to properly bond to the starter strip. To properly mitigate the situations, we ask that you return the full balance paid by the customer. Once this is done, we will uninstall the improperly installed leaf guard, and have no problems leaving the product for you so you can install somewhere else. We asked that you do not visit the property, any pictures needed can and will be provided.

We had an emergent situation come up with our roof right before leaving for vacation. Jose with Falcones responded so quickly to our search request and came out the same day to assess the damage. He gave an assessment and then came back the next morning to do the job. They were effective, easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. We are so grateful and would recommend!

Gave me an estimate and the next day did the work. Fixed Forte Roofings mistakes perfectly. No complaints at all. Will definitely be the first company I contact if I need more work done.

They did an excellent job and were here the next morning. Very good contractor and we are very happy with there work

The pro communicated with us quickly and provided fast and efficient service. The job was done very well and they went above and beyond my expectations.

Jose provided a fair quote for my emergency siding/window repairs and was at my house two days later to complete the repair. He provided pictures of damage to share with the insurance company and also provided pictures of repairs. Job site was meticulously cleaned up after the repairs. Jose was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use this company in the future!

They did a great job on my emergency repair. They kept me informed with pictures during the roof job. They cleaned up the site perfectly and more importantly no more leaks. Highly recommend.

Jose and his crew arrived on time for both the estimate and to complete the work. They used their time wisely and completed the task in good time. We are hoping that where they repaired our flat roof will take care of the issues we've had. We thank them for their efforts.

They replied very quickly, and when we set up the appointment visit, it was fast. We asked if they can fix it same day and they did."

I recommend him! He was very committed to his work dates and schedules. He completed the job very quickly. We had a lot of changes to make to the roof.

They arrived on time. Finished the work expertly and did even more than what was asked of them at the quoted cost. Just exactly the type of professional I would hire again and again.
