Reviews
Write a ReviewWe very much enjoyed working with Damon and his staff. They helped us transform a 1946 building (six thousand square foot building) into three sperate rentable units. Four thousand square feet is used for a pediatric office. All the patients that visit the office love it. We are very thankful for Damon and Falconnier Design staff!
The best design firm I've ever dealt with by far!

Great initial designs, now we move into final designs and select a contractor. Damon has been uber professional, eager to help, creative, a great listener, he has helped get my variance pushed thru the HOA and the County Zoning board. In short, he's done everything I could have ever asked to this point - and the project is only 30% over, but I am delighted with his work.

Mr. Falconnier is an experienced architect very capable of designing and developing your project. He is well-versed in all building methods and can find solutions to any problem you may encounter on your job site. He is well known by the local building officials and he always calls you back when you have a question. His colleagues in the office, as well as his office staff, is always willing to help with questions and direction on any matter. This is a full service architectural firm that will take your project from beginning to end. I highly recommend Falconnier Design Co. for your next project. Ernie Perez Gatlinburg, TN
Damon Falconnier is a pleasure to work with. He and his team provided us with drawings for an addition involving a demolition and rebuild. Plans were beautiful and thoughtfully prepared, and all our requested features were considered. Damon even hooked us up with competent builders to finish the project.
So far my experience has been great. Damon listened to our needs with regard to accessibility and provided several design options for us to choose from in a timely manner. He is a pleasure to work with and very professional. Construction drawings were completed and we are now working with a contractor.
Very pleased and would hire again.
I was given designs that required moving load bearing walls...something I told him I did not want. He insisted on including a eating area in my already tiny kitchen in all the plans, even though I have a dining room. He said he'd add spots for outlets in the plan, which he didn't and was annoyed when I asked for them. I also added him to add cabinet dimensions on the redo..anyone can add rectangles and squares to a layout..they don't mean anything If i'm paying over $1000 for...Went to home depot and for $50, I received a better layout than any proposed by him...even 3d rendering pictures of what it would look like. He knew my budget and by adding things like moving load bearing walls...shows he was out of touch. Maybe I was. Maybe he's just too fancy for me.
