To tell you the truth, I have never been lucky with contractors. Always there is something that goes wrong with what I, as a customer, expected from them. But, guess what? Falcon Plumbing had recovered my faith in contractors. No all of them are bad, or irresponsible, or lack of care or no willingness to help. I canâ t say enough what a great experience I had with Falcon Plumbing. Since the beginning you answered my call, you send Mr. Chris to evaluate the requested job and the estimate was right on time. Your estimate was not the cheapest, not the expensive one. I did pay my 50%, we agree on a date and time to start and finish the job and everything was exactly as we agreed. Your technician Justin is a pretty serious asset you have in your company. Serious, polite, courteous, full acknowledgment of his job, willing to help, and always looking for my approval on every single step of the job. Thank you Justin.
