Welcome to Falling Spring Carpentry! We are a residential carpentry and construction business serving South Central PA and North Central MD. Owned and operated by partners Kent Cordell and Carl Kniss. While Falling Spring Carpentry was founded in 2012, Kent and Carl have many years of carpentry and construction experience, having been involved with prior partnerships. We love what we do, and find satisfaction in doing creative, quality work. Our shared vision for the business is not only to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, but also to provide meaningful work, personal growth and experience for our employees. We believe each person involved with and served by the business is valuable, loved by God and worthy of respect; we make every effort to treat them that way in every interaction. In our philosophy of business, profit is not the bottom line, people are.
