I have given Joe over 136,000 dollars in the last year. He completed some of the work, but once he got the $ he never showed again. My land is bumpy, never been leveled. My driveway has never been leveled, huge rocks left, it is a mess. He was supposed to build a front porch roof, he never did that. He is a child running a mans company. He blames his employees, wife and children. It is a shame that he can sleep at night, stealing from a single woman on disability.

First rate ! We had a huge tree fall down on a Friday afternoon. At first I contacted another company who said they would remove it the following Wed. The next day Joe called me , came out and took a look and offered to remove it at a slightly larger fee, but me and my wife felt he was more professional and we ended up asking him to remove a few other trees that looked bad. He gave us an honest appraisal of which trees were bad and which weren't. Then he called us Sunday morning asking if he could do that afternoon, we said sure. to say his crew were professionals is an understatement, they worked quick and and even cut down some other branches on trees with no extra fee. They cleaned the entire yard up and when the stump remover man removed the stump's, I was amazed at how fast it went. They were so quiet my two cats sleeping in the bedroom next to the trees never woke up. They were in and out removing four trees in about four hours. I am still amazed at how well this went. Joe is a straight up guy and I would hire him again without a doubt.

They did what I had requested and a little more without and extra fee. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. I felt comfortable with them, not feeling like I was keeping them from another job. They cleaned up the area completely, even my neighbors were impressed.

They never finished their job still waiting.

They contacted us promptly and were very careful taking down our tree. The only issue we had was the communication about having the stump ground. When they did come, they did an excellent job.

I had two trees I wanted taken down. I talked to Joe at Falling Timbers and he said he could get the job done the next day. I was amazed at how thorough they were. They cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend them.
