Scheduling with Tony was easy and on the date I needed. The 2-person crew arrived 30 minutes early, were personable and courteous, but I had to ask them to put on masks. They had no hand truck, no tools, no gloves. Fortunately, I had a hand truck and tools available that they used. I was told that they could take **anything**, so I had a box of used fluorescent tube bulbs that they accidentally smashed into shards by letting a desk fall on them. The crew did manage to remove all of the items and clean up the mess from the broken bulbs with my vacuum. Overall, they did the job and I was satisfied. I would definitely hire them again, but I would ask them to bring the necessary equipment with them.
