James was great. Made phone calls and texts to keep me updated. Pricing was very reasonable. He installed a powered winch onto an old Czech chandelier about 25 ft up in a foyer. Now I can finally change the bulbs and clean the crystal without scaffolding. Wish I would have done it years earlier. Will definitely use Famebright for all my future electrical problems and lighting installation. Highly recommended.
