He came three times to repair the ice maker. It only worked for 3 days and when I called and told him it stopped working he said he d come back but he never came so I had to hire someone else to fix it so I paid twice what I needed to pay.

We were told we needed to give them a $150 deposit to order freeon. That was almost three weeks ago and, except for one phone call earlier in March, we have not heard from them. The voicemail box is full so we are unable to contact them. We would like our $150 back.

I hired Family Appliance to come out and take a look at my dishwasher and washing machine. Rick was very professional and HONEST. You don't really find those traits in business owners. The next time that I need an appliance repaired, I will definitely call on Family Appliance.
