Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
The deck was to have been made per the Agreement and 1/3 deposit on June 4, 2005. The contractor experienced some personal problems but still accepted the project and the money and as of June 20, have not seen him over 2 weeks and not heard from him in a week. We have politely telephoned the cell and home phone every day with no response. I will be sending a certified letter witha request deck start or return the $1100. so that the project can be completed this summer. He appears very competent but unable to work at this time.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
since i submitted my first review this contactor has failed to show up and finish this job......My yard is now full of holes and the deposit i provided has not been returned...will be taking civil action to get my money back...when deposit was provided, work was due to begin may 31(written date provided on contract) and finished in 4 or so days.....he failed to complete the work as promised......does not return phone calls.....
