Family Carpet and Draperies, Inc.

The overall cost was comparable to other bids, so money savings was not a consideration. I liked that it was a relaxed consultation without high sales pitch. As I knew what I wanted going in , it was a quick proces. Ryan was responsive with the process and because I was leaving town, he was able th have my carpet installed much sooner than expected. With my overall experience, I was most impressed with their installers. They worked tirelessly to finish the job in a timely manner and provided great communication about the process. Their post installation clean- up was professional and a nice surprise.

The family owned business is very attentive to detail and worked very hard with me and my wife to provide what we wanted in our home without going over budget. The installers were professional and arrived when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. They were courteous and made this project go very smooth. I would highly recommend Family Carpet and Draperies, Inc. without any reservations whatsoever.

Family Carpets and Draperies did a great job installing carpet in two bedrooms, vinyl in two bathrooms and tile in front of my fireplace. We were on a short timeline as well as a fixed budget and Ryan worked with me to select the appropriate products that would align with what we were looking for. There tile subcontractors were exceptional. Carpet installer was good too but did a poor job installing baseboards in one bathroom. When Ryan was made aware of the problem, he immediately arranged for someone else to come out and fix.

I had a problem with the installers not cleaning up after themselves. I told the owner and he got them back out to fix it. All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall very happy with appearance and a good quality install job of carpet and vinyl flooring for a treasured rental. Responsive to phone and email inquiries and quick to give an estimate that was time-sensitive. Borrowed vinyl samples to compare on site. Addressed all our questions and potential concerns. Would use them again.

This was my first experience with Family Carpet and Draperies. I had them install carpet in a rental condo. I have no complaints with their work. Their price was competitive; we scheduled the work a few weeks before it was needed; they showed up on time and completed the job. What more do you need?

Professional people, good price and quality work. A 24X26 average bedroom carpet with 1/2 inch pad cost $680.00 parts and labor including removal of old carpet from the premise.

Good product. Fast completion.

the best

FCD installed a laminate floor. They were professional and the job was well-done.

excellent installer, prompt and clean, picked up mess. seamless.

Good experience with Mr. Stecklair. He is knowledgeable and fair. Excellent price to carpet the whole house. The workman that installed the carpet (Raul) was highly skilled, efficient, and timely. Top Notch!

We are pleased about the service we received. There were some defects in some of the laminate floor boards caused in the manufacturing process. Family Carpet & Draperies worked diligently to obtain additional product that we were satisfied with and performed the necessary labor to replace the damaged pieces at no additional cost to us. With the shutters also purchased from them our dining room is complete and looks great!

Fantastic. I can't tell you how I appreciate the no nonsense approach of Paul at Family Carpet and Draperies and the installers did an A-1 job too. I got just what I wanted and needed and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'll be going back to this company for window treatments. Thanks Family Carpet and draperies!

Great selection in thier store. Very friendly and knowledgable about what I needed. The installers did a wonderful job to my complete satisfaction.
