First time I have ever had a repair person show up early for a job, install was fast, done right and they cleaned up after themselves. I am thrilled with the work done and the price was very reasonable.

Quick response, when none of the other possible installers returned multiple calls. My wife took care of the interface and felt comfortable with the installer. As far as value I paid about what I had expected and budgeted. Very clean install, the door looks great and is quiet opening and closing.

Family Christian Doors is fabulous! We had an emergency situation when our original, wooden double garage door had collapsed. FCD came out as soon as possible, removed our old door and installed a beautiful new automatic garage door. The price was much less than expected, and the customer service was outstanding!!

the kindest most respectable employees to deal with. Very detailed, pleasant and quick to complete the job. I saw an advertisement for the exact model and item tht I purchased a few days about for $75 cheaper - but the rating still stands on this organziation

Family Christian Doors was quick to respond to my request. They sent someone out to estimate the repair at no charge. The service technician was thorough and explained in detail the challenges we faced. He came up with a low cost solution and was very upfront and honest about the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The tech knows his trade and did the job right unlike the last company and he took time to address my concerns and told me how to prevent the problem in the future which another company didn't. I would prefer the technician use his own ladder instead of mine or at least ask my permission. It was behind another ladder and while putting it away, he knocked my water skiis to the ground that were leaning against the wall. Fortunately they didn't hit anything.

The company was able to send technicians to my parents house the same day. The management (Tony) disclosed total cost upfront and explained the process. The cost of an insulated garage door was reasonable. I found their service to be professional, courteous, efficient and cost-effective.

Family Christian Doors was referred to me by ServiceMagic last Tuesday when my garage door wouldn't open. I got a call from FCD within minutes I had put a request on ServiceMagic. Joey from FCD showed up on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He also suggested a few more things to do to avoid the same problem recurring. He seemed experienced and was very professional and courteous. He fixed everything in about 2 hours and for a price which was reasonable. For all garage problems, this is the company for me for future!

John, with family Christian doors was wonderful. I had other companies look at the repairs, but John was the most qualified and professional. He was on time, did an excellent job changing my gate from a 25 year old opener to a new opener. Looks great, and he had to almost completely rework the gate. The price was fair and work was high quality. I would recommend this company with the highest regard.

Family Christian Doors asked questions and worked with me to determine that they would be able to fully satisfy my needs as they made recommendations. I appreciated that they listened to me and strove to fulfill my needs with a concern for my satisfaction and not just to make a sale or to up-sale me. It really paid off in that I was able to get what my wife and I really wanted and we stayed within our budget.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He offered various options and discussed their pros and cons. He performed some minor maintenance on my existing garage door so it didn't need to be replaced and installed a new opener in under an hour. Would definitely recommend Family Christian Door to my friends and family.
