I hired Edward to repair a fridge and he noticed a strange noise and ordered a part to stop the noise was charged $120 for 1/2 the down and he ordered the part, I called Edward had he said it was back ordered, it has been 9 weeks and now I can not reach them

They are hard to reach. Repeated phone calls went unanswered and they did not contact me when a needed part arrived resulting in an unnecessary delay. The repair man was very competent but the company is badly managed. I will not be using them again.

They responded immediately when I requested a quote on Home Advisor and they sent someone the same day. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine, although wasn't 100% confident about it. A part was ordered and it took almost two weeks before he was back. No one called me during that time to keep me posted. I had to call twice before another appointment was scheduled. The part was installed. We thought everything was working and an hour later when doing a load, it didn't work right again. Fortunately, Eddie was able to come right back. He ran another diagnostic but was uncertain what the problem was. He came back again the next day. The new problem was going to cost me another $195 (on top of the $218) I'd already spent. I decided to just get another washer. I can't say anything bad about Eddie. I think he did his best. My low rating is based on the lack of communication and the time it took to get the part.

The phone numbers they have printed on the receipt that they gave me continuously rings and then puts you on hold. The phone numbers I got from HomeAdvisor's are not working either.

Responsive and professional. I would hire them again.
