I like the job, they were on time in everything except they did not came back to finish the job they they have the responsibility to finish it if I need to call to someone else to finish this company needs to give me a refund to pay at this time I not recommend them but if they finish I will do it.

The unusually cold weather 2/21 caused the outside faucet where you attach the garden hose to freeze and break, was expecting to have to wait (due to the hundreds of other broken pipes all over the area) but Luke from Family First Plumbing & Heating called right after I sent the request and was there within 3 hours. He was prepared with the correct good quality parts in his truck to get pipe fixed up right away. He then suggested installing a shut-off on the line inside so this wonâ t freeze anymore. I can turn water off at end of summer, and never have this problem again. He quoted everything first and has flexible payment options. Came back two days later to do improvement, no additional costs or surprises. He works fast, is respectful and friendly. All around positive experience and I will definitely be calling again.

I originally hired Luke to do a HVAC maintenance check up. After I placed my request through Home Advisor, he called me within 5 minutes, and set an appt. He was very thorough and explained/educated me as to what he saw and what he was doing. Subsequent to this, a pipe had burst (no fault of his) and he helped me clean up the mess as well as fixed the pipe. He was flexible, knowledgeable, polite, and wore a mask the entire time. He will be the one I will call for any of these types of issues.

Luke installed a new toilet and did an excellent job. I talk to him and he was there the next morning. He explained everything pertaining to the job. He had a mask and shoe covers for protection, which I so appreciated. I will definitely call his company for future jobs.

As before, Luke 's work was top of the line and he patched my tub wall nicely despite the fact he was working with a 90 year old wall. I'm very pleased to have found Luke and his team.
