The technician Brandon, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time, listened to understand my electrical issues and thoroughly explained what to expect during his visit. He explained in detail his very reasonable up-front, honest pricing. He asked pertinent questions about my electrical issues as he worked to ensure they were all being appropriately addressed. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job was complete. Once complete, he conducted a complete walk-thru demonstrating that all issues were addressed and that my expectations were met. I was 100% satisfied with the work as it not only met but exceeded my expectations. I am glad that I no longer need to search for an electrical contractor as I will always call on Brandon and Family First Electrical when I have electrical issues. We had problems with two electrical fixtures which Brandon diagnosed and fixed very quickly. One of the problems was a fire hazard which he easily identified and rescued us from this potential disaster. Brandon took time to assess and educate us on the status of the electrical system throughout our home at no extra charge.
