I hired Frank to repair or fix the attic door for my client, I contacted him, at the beginning, he answered, but when the appointment time was closing by, he seems always disappeared, sometime block his phone which the habit makes customer crazy, he is not skillful for fixing attic door; and this is a 2 person job, to get more money for himself, he did not find a helper, but ask me to hold the door, then not fixed, the reason is that he needs to order more parts, then he completely disappeared, the excuse is that the part never came. Never did the job, never use him anymore. Bad ethics and no skills! With Frank behavior, the landlord wasted more than a month of market time
