"Stumps were a lot bigger then the homeowner said and there was more then what he said. We didn't get finished but we promised we would come back and get the last stump. We did not charge him for the last stump and he still gave me a 4-star rating. We went back later and ground the last stump and did a final charge for grinding. I went back and did what I promised. He was fine with it and he still give me a 4-star rating. Can't please them all."
