They seem to really know their business. Very clean, on time, reasonable rate.

These people are HONEST and COMPETENT. They came out and did an evaluation. We now know what to do. If the problem gets to the point where professional help is needed, they will be back. Did not experience any of the "Let us run a camera up your sewer and . . . ." Where we have no idea what we are looking at but $8,000 of work is needed. Anything plumbing that is needed in the future, they are our go to guys. Oh, today, 'No Charge'.

The guys were great to work with. They kept me updated as they were working, they cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

Saul showed up and quoted me a price to replace two faucets of $225. I assumed from the price that it was a difficult job. He finished in less than 30 minutes! That's $450 an hour!! I felt very taken advantage of. The Home Advisor website has changed, too. In the past, Home Advisor would have companies called me, and I could get an idea of the prevailing cost of a job before hiring them. I assume that if Home Advisor sends the company my way, it will do a good job. Now online, I am given a choice of companies, and then when I make a choice, I am given a choice of appointment times. I never saw any indication of a cost of the job from any company listed. Next time, I will hire a good handyman recommended by a friend to do such jobs.

I had a great experience with this company. They were professional, efficient and very courteous. After quickly repairing my leaky sink they looked at 2 other items I need done and gave me a fair quote for that work as well. I have already scheduled them for those repairs and I am keeping their number handy for all future repairs I might need.
