They did an excellent job and completed the work in just one day. They are a bit pricey so I would half to think before I contracted again. I have lots of roof work that needs repair but I really can't afford them.

Worked quickly and cleaned up and end of project. Provided historical pictures of project that showed progress throughout. Great quality work and will use again in the future.

I thought they had finished, but they had not. They said they would come back the next week, but that was months ago and I have not seen them since. Unhappily for me, I had paid them in full before I discovered they had not finished the job.

They called back within one day came out to look at the job. Looked it over said I didn t need to replace my roof just needed some repairs it saved me a lot of money. They made some recommendations which I thought were good. They showed up when promised did a good job cleaned up. I would recommend them to anybody.

David and crew came when they said they would. Kept things neat. Completed a pretty difficult roofing job in good order. Quality looks excellent.

Professional, efficient, and upfront about the cost. Everything you'd expect from a proper contractor. Price was very fair and job was completed as discussed. We will certainly be doing more work with them soon as they do alot more than roofs.

Easy to work with and knowledgeable in the industry.

We had David and Katelin do a project for us and it was fine, so we hired them for another project. My husband gave them the deposit. They never showed up and cashed the check. When I tried to get in touch with David, I got nothing but rude, caustic, and nasty replies. Husband asked for his money back ($2000) and David promised to send a check, but has not done so. I guess Small Claims Court is the way to go now, as well as a note on Better Business Bureau. Beware of these crooks! They may do your first job and then steal your money for the second job. There are plenty of reputable people needing work, these are not them.

Fine fellow, easy to work with. Would do doubt hire him again.

Amazing service. As soon I submitted my information to home advisor, I instantly got a call from Dave. He came out to my cabin, assessed the problem, and the very next day it was fixed. Great guy and great work. 5 star group.

Phenomenal service, excellent communication. David is a very thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and responsible person. He was on the job immediately and confirmed exactly what needed to be done and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He even texted me pictures to document his efforts. He also coordinated his efforts with the real estate broker and buyer of our house. I would recommend Dave and his crew for any project.

Two very nice gentlemen who fixed a problem we had no idea how to fix. They were here quickly and finished the job to perfection. I will keep them in mind for more work if we need it and will alert others in this complex about them should they need very competent help with something. So glad there was someone in the area to help. I was worried because we are new to this area and know it is difficult for chores to get down up here. Now we feel secure should something else need fixing.

Dave came quickly when we needed him and was patient with us and our nosy little dogs while he did an efficient job on a bunch of nasty plumbing problems. He seems to be the ultimate jack-of-all-trades and master of many!

David Richards and his crew were reliable, thorough, efficient and polite... and all at a reasonable price. I have hired roofers before, though I'm new to town and had no recommendations. What luck that the first person I hire was so thorough and communicative. David showed up on time, even early. He clearly explained what he saw and what needed to be done, answering questions I had even before I asked them. As the work progressed, he noticed other issues, explained them and, as I understood them, he fixed them. He did more than he, or I, expected and I feel it was totally worth it. He was looking ahead to when we will have solar panels installed and I appreciated that foresight. For the thoroughness of the work (in only two days), the price was reasonable indeed. In addition, he was polite and so was the whole crew. I noticed they said 'thank you' and 'you're welcome' to each other, didn't swear a lot and the music was at a reasonable decibel. The clean up, one concern I'd had, was thorough. There was one small concern after they'd left and David returned to attend that small issue. I appreciated that extra effort to return. One week after the repair, there was a big Nor'Easter. My house was snug and dry. I'd hire David Richards again and I've already recommended him to my neighbors.

Fast service but expensive. My mistake, I did not ask for an estimate as under time pressure.
