Very good, very nice experience! They gave me what I expected and did what they said they would do. I had difficult access to cut the tree down but they were able to get the job done without a hitch. I would recommend them because they are honest people, professional people, hard workers who care about their customers.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quoted a price and did not complete all the work they quoted for. When I texted them about it, I never heard from them .

GREAT people to work with! Timely, finished early, cleaned up as if they hadn't been there except for the huge pile of wood stacked neatly in my yard.

Great Basin did a great job removing, trimming, caring for my trees. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I'd recommend them to anyone needing tree assessment and care.

Zack and his team did an outstanding job! it's as if there was never any trees in my yard haha. They got the whole job done within a few hours and cleanup real nice too. Definitely recommend!

Knowledgeable, on time and did more by far than bargained for, all of it expertly.. I was so pleased I added considerable extra money to try to cover the additional work; the boss divided it up among the crew as a tip. I am so glad I chose Great Basin and will go to them in the future any time I need the services of an arborist.

They were fast and they cleaned up everything after they cut the tree down. They even used a leaf blower to clean the wood chips & sawdust off the street. They are a great company and the price was reasonable.

Another outfit bid much higher and had very goofy process. Started with,. **what do you think you should pay** I pressed for bid and they went $2,500 over Great Basin. Great Basin was much more professional. They even provided proff of license and insurance. Great Basin is a good crew.

Zachary and his crew were wonderful. They came when they said they would and worked really hard while they were here. I hired them a couple times. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for

Great Basin contacted me quickly and came by to bid the project that same evening. Because their quote was less than I expected I gave them the job without speaking to any other contractor. As it turns out I did received two other quotes but they end up being half the price of the others. The arrived the following day at 8:00 AM and with the exception with the tree being gone you couldn't tell that there were even there. Couldn't be happier with them. Very professional and very reasonable price!
