Poor communication and no follow-through!

Had some porch chairs that my husband made for me plus a porch swing. They refinished them and I had them painted white. Did an excellent job with what they had to work with because all three items were very weather beaten. Really brightens the porch. Excellent service and pricing very reasonable.

The service was great :) Amy and Rhonda are lovely and communicate very well. Rhonda was very helpful and didn't mind the idea of my projects I'd like her to help with moving forward.

I was in a real bind with a countertop installation and needed someone to pare down some backsplash tile...and soon. Of all my calls, Family Support Services was the only person willing to make an effort to help me. She got someone here the next morning; the contractor was excellent; and she followed up to make sure all went well. Refreshing to have someone who really cares! Highly recommend!

The lady they sent seemed intent on cleaning every surface, and was here long enough to do that. But she wasn't able to move some furniture that was required to clean areas that required them to be moved so she cleaned around them. Maybe she should have had help but I OULD NOT HELP. what she did do she did well.

Not punctual. Poor cleaning services. Imagine changing a bed with a fresh duvet cover and changing the sheets. Sheets on the bed. Duvet cover on the sheets. Comforter insert on top of the duvet. Bed made. Ceiling Fans not cleaned. Everything wiped down with Murphy’s oil, including piano keys and a few vases. Spending my Saturday cleaning up the mess that the paid cleaners made. Trust me. It was so shined when they left. I didn’t want to walk on the floors. Little did I know that the shine was from puddles of Murphy’s oil.

Arrived on time, did work efficiently and unobtrusively, asked several times for me to check for completness and quality. Ms. Thompson was very polite and nice. We communicated very well with each other.

You cannot really judge this company by my rating. The reason I say this is it was a last minute job. They sent in someone kind of inexperienced at this type of work. What was done was perfect the gentleman was sweet just not too experienced. I would use them again though.

She is polite very pleasant and she does an Excellent job cleaning I would highly recommend her as well as the Family Support Services I have a hard time cleaning and getting around without limitations .
