Brandon helped me work through a repair issue I had on my refrigerator. All his help was done over the phone. After identifying the problem he ordered a part for me and I did the repair myself. He saved me a lot of money. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Great service! Excellent repair technician! Punctual and professional! Our Thermador dishwasher stopped working properly, so I called Brandon around noon, and by 4 PM, he was at my house. He diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained the problem to us. After identifying that the drain valve had failed, he ordered the necessary parts and promptly returned to complete the repair. Brandon took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and even followed up afterward to make sure there weren't any other issues. I will definitely be calling him in the future for my appliance repairs.
