Family Tree Care

They did wonderful. They fit us in, in a week (since we could go on their finish early wait list). They put up with my kids asking a million questions about how and why they were doing what they were doing and left them some sticks to play with. They cleaned up everything after they were done and the trees are looking great!

Was very pleased with Family Tree Care! They were on time, professional and friendly. I had a tree removed from my yard that had some large branches reaching into my neighbors yard. They were careful not to damage any property or cause any mess for my neighbor. They are very skilled at what they do! And very fast. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would highly recommend this company!

I was surprised how quickly they got the job done. I had five trees trimmed and one tree removed. They did everything professionally and cleaned up all the debris.

Thank you Jay for working with me. We have a big black walnut tree that needed to be trimmed way back, it had been several years since it had been trimmed, and a small maple tree that needed to be trimmed also. The crew that came to do the job did great,clean up and all.

Great team, great leadership, great work! They were very efficient, very alert to the safety of the neighbors and others around them and were overall, very knowledgeable. Although the plan was to demolish my front yard, it remained very tidy throughout the entire process and the final clean up afterward was perfect. I will definitely hire them for the next phase of my project.

Very prompt in arrival and completion of work

These guys know what they are doing. They treat you as if they were the customer! They showed up on time, gave an accurate and fair estimate and cleaned everything up beautifully. There were several trees in 3 neighbors' yards that we would have loved to trim or eliminate to restore our original view. No problem! They went to the neighbors, explained what our desires were and EVERYbody is happy now. They also did a beautiful job in thinning our overgrown plum tree as well as pruning our delicate maple. Class act all around.

I have never seen a group of guys hop out a vehicle all smiles, ready to work and work well together. They moved items I didn't get a chance to move before they came and then put them back when they were ready to leave. They took all the trimmings away and left our yard in great shape. They told us what to do next year to keep our trees in shape. I was very impressed with their attitude and manners.

They showed up on time and did a good job. Our trees were on a steep slope and limited access to the property with a overhead wire in the way. The crew did a very proficient job. A family company that cares about their customers at a reasonable price. Working with them was a pleasure.

Their crew were very efficient and the work done was more than satisfactory. The job took a total 4 hrs and that's exactly what they had quoted me. Also there attention to possible property damage was key to me hiring them. They were aware of their surroundings and were able to avoid any such incidents. Overall I was more than happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More importantly I didn't feel like I was ripped off, they did exactly what they said they would. I have more projects in the near future and will surely be giving these guys a call again.

They were inexpensive, courteous, professional and had excellent customer service. If you are getting a tree removed you should definitely let these guys quote you. We had a large cedar removed that sat between our hour and the neighbors house.
