They did a whole roof replacement at my house including the sheathing and did a great job in a timely manner. They also more recently replaced my parents entire roof and did some gutter work as well. It came out very nice we were all pleased

Very good experience with FANA with my roof replacement project. Among all quoted companies, FANA provided very clear list of tasks and options, and a very competitive price upfront. Marek (owner) was very thorough and courteous, even fixed some minor problems I have with my sidings and trims without putting additional charges. Crew came in on time and did my roof (about 32 squares) in one day. Cleaned up afterwards. It's a large spending in terms of cost for any home, so I would suggest quote prices from a few contractors. But I am fairly certain you will end up finding FANA gives you the best deal. Strongly recommended.

My 86 year old mother was selling her home and decided to replace the existing roof after a particularly heavy storm in her area. Unfortunately this happened after my sister and I had gone back to our out of state homes. My sister and I were afraid someone would take advantage of her so we inserted ourselves into the quest to find a reliable contractor, reasonably priced, who would be willing to work on a very tight time line. Through home advisor I found several companies that service her area. I made calls to many, however once I spoke with Mark at Fana construction I felt I had found the right company. As I live 5 hours away we spoke and/or texted. He was consistently prompt, patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The long and the short of it is that my mother's roof (and gutters) were replaced at an extremely fair price, in our rather restrictive time line, with a transferable warrantee to boot. Mark and his staff were extremely courteous and efficient. My mother was very happy with them. All a very positive experience. Sadly I live far away or I would absolutely hire Fana for my home projects. Its very refreshing to do business with a company who value the customer and run their business with integrity and professionalism. Thanks so much for taking good care of my Mom.

Our 1830 vintage home had a wood shakes roof covered with metal on the front and rear pitched portion and a flat roof on the rear addition. It had no underlayment or plywood, so that was required. I obtained three estimates though HomeAdvisor.com and decided to go with FANA Remodeling LLC owned by Marek. I had read reviews of the roofing companies and FANA had very good ones. Since our home is historic, we wanted to have a more historic looking roof and chose GAF Camelot I Welsh Gray after checking other installations listed on the GAF website. It has a slate-like resemblance. Marek was very professional and personable and you could tell that he knew his business. His estimate was almost half what another company had estimated for the same product. There were no cost overruns. The five member crew was able to complete the entire job in one and a half days, cleaning up afterward so that there was no debris left behind. We also had a new wrap-around gutter and downspout installed in the rear of the house. Marek has his own dumpster vehicle with wheels so that the driveway was not damaged. I would highly recommend FANA for your roofing needs. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible.

Fana Remodeling took care of my siding and roof. The work was excellent, communication was wonderful from start to finish, and they also helped my find the right contractor for my custom bar. If you need help with other projects these guys have the resources to network and find solutions to meet your needs. The pricing is fair and the work done is impeccable. Even the inspector said the work was done really really well.

My whole experience with Marek and Fana was fast and easy. There was no sales pitch or pressure during the estimate. The estimate was lower than expected. My new roof and gutters with covers looks great. When they left, except for the new roof, you could not tell they had been there, they left nothing behind. I would recommend them in an instant.

We are so pleased with our new roof. The work was done quickly and well. We were particularly impressed with Marek's initial presentation. He brought samples and pictures of everything and explained the process. We are glad we went with Fana and will definitely recommend them.

Can't say enough positive things about Marek and FANA. Responsive. On-time. Friendly work crew. Quality work. Fair prices (I shopped around). I work full-time, have three kids and no time to think through the details of my roof or siding... thank goodness I found Marek because he did it all for me. He even brought samples to my office, found an electrician to install our lights and recommended and coordinated with our other contractor who was building our deck at the same time. I found Marek through positive reviews and he lived up to the hype.

As I don't know anything about roofs, I cannot judge the quality of the work itself. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by this company. Pricing was good, the job was done quickly, the roof looks nice and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I would recommend this company.

Great quality and price; included many "extras" which other roofers would only do for an additional amount of money; very industrious and conscientious roofers; incredibly clean and neat.

They were very easy to deal with, offered different options and explained them. No hard sell for the more expensive options. The work was done quickly with good clean-up.

Marek came out the same day to give me a quote. He was the only one of the contractors I met that actually got on the roof and measured. He went through all of the options with me and gave me samples of all the materials so I could see exactly what I would be getting. Once I had all my quotes and decided to go with FANA, I signed the contract on Monday and had a new roof on Wednesday. The guys did a nice job on the roof and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely be recommending FANA to anyone looking to get a new roof because other companies do the same work and charge a lot more with worse customer service.

Fana Roofing is a very professional business with a high quality product and very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and informative presentation. Very honest and no pressure to upgrade. Lines of communication are open. Very clear explanation and rationale for specific choices. Kept to time frame. Clean up magnificent, I came home from work and never would have know workers replaced my roof except for the beautiful new roof.

Marek was pleasant, professional and provided a detailed/competitive quote. I liked that they used their own truck to take the debris away without using a dumpster and possibly ruining my driveway. Installation and cleanup were completed in one day. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Mark and his crew were on-time, and efficient. Mark was attentive to our needs (I am a bit fussy) . Our roof was old and we had a leaking issue. They replaced the roof , solved the leaking problem and dealt with a tricky roof penetration for the intake and exhaust of a direct vent hot water heater. FANA presented the job with options with no pressure to upgrade. Everyone was eager to please and give us what we wanted. They did not leave until we inspected and approved the work.. We are going to use them to replace the siding, trim and gutters..

Marek was straightforward and honest. He did what he said and provided good value. His proposal was complete, in fact the best one I received. His worker were courteous and clean up was adequate. The new roof looks great and workmanship was excellent.

Mark was the only one to actually inspect the roof before providing a quote. He had the best price and there were absolutely no surprises. He and his entire crew put in a very long day (13 hrs) to get the job completed on schedule. The quality of the work and the clean up was outstanding.

The owner came within a day or so contacting him. Got up on the roof and spent about 15 min measuring and looking at issues. We he came down talked about and issues he saw and my options. No high pressure sales. Agreed I what I wanted to be done. Quoted in a few days. Scheduled work promptly. Work was completed in one day as promised. Great workers. Super clean up after job was completed. Quality work. Very happy with the whole experience.

We used FANA to replace our entire roof and fix some problems we had with poor attic ventilation. The work took two days. At the end of the first day, we couldn’t see where the ventilation had been added. We contacted Marek by text and it was corrected the next day. The end result was beautiful, the only concern was that if we hadn't been paying attention, proper ventilation might have been missed. The workers cleaned up well and it was easy to contact Marek with questions and concerns. Overall a good experience for a reasonable price.

All work was completed in one day. Cleanup was impressive. Care was taken with our deck to protect it from damage. Would highly recommend them.
