We had an amazing experience with Fancy Interiors. The owner, Bruce, met with us personally at our home and at his store to help us make up our minds what we wanted. He answered every call personally and within minutes. We waited 8 weeks for the shutters to arrive but it was well worth the wait. We love our shutters. We truly felt like we received personal service every step of the way. Great value for $. I could not recommend any higher.

Absolutely the best customer service and product. We couldn’t have asked for more. Bruce explained the pros and cons of each product he sells and in the end we went with the Hunter Douglas products. Installation was scheduled and done very timely. Our shades came in earlier than expected!

The shutters are BEAUTIFULLY constructed; however, I would highly recommend you either have a picture or sketch an example of what you want, because instead of shutters that opened on each side, which is what I thought I was ordering, for each window I received a louvered panel with hinges on just one side. These are beautifully constructed, but this design would never have occurred to me, and I would never have ordered it. The overall look is very industrial. Every time I look at them, I think if someone said, "The air conditioning units are on the other side of these louvers", I'd believe them. Also, the fact that the shutters open on just one side means I have to move furniture every time I want to open them. I don't mean to damn with faint praise, because the construction is terrific and the price was good. I would use the company again, but I would definitely provide a sketch, to be initialed by the person who measures, to ensure that we both know what I'm ordering.

Bruce was awesome! He came out and showed us all options at all levels and explained the differences so we could make an informed decision. Didn't take long for the shades to be ordered and Bruce had them installed in no time. We love our shades and would definitely recommend Bruce and Fancy Interiors!

He took time and installed the blind that is matched to the existing one. It took long to get it, but overall I'm happy with his service.
