Mike and his crew were very competent from scoping out the work location and work required to install 2 tankless water systems through to completion and cleanup. I will definitely recommend them for any other of my plumbing needs in the future.

Excellent work quality and delivery of service

These guys knew what they were doing and didn't try to upsell. Arrived on time, got it done promptly and courteously, then cleaned up and were out.

They were more than 2 hours late for the appointment. Supposed to be at my house at 8 and arrived after 10. They seemed rather expensive to me, but nobody will give you any kind of estimate without coming out. I would have probably got other quotes to compare if they hadn't been so late and if my water heater wasn't leaking so bad. That said, they were very nice and did do a good job with the water heater..

Able to come out immediately to help and were timely and efficient. Reasonably priced too.

They were able to come out on one day's notice and install a gas line for a gas stove. The gas line works and they seemed to know what they were doing. I didn't really compare rates as we needed to get the work done quickly, so I can't speak to that aspect. Friendly, communicative ... and no problems.

I was very satified with the work done by M&M. M&M determined that my shut-off valves did not need to be replaced, just tighten. After the job was completed we reviewed some other work that I was thinking of doing and eventually hired M&M to complete this additional work.

They did an excellent job with my repiping! I would definently use them again for all my plumbing needs.

We had a good experience with the plumber who was very nice, polite, considerate and hard working. Most of the time he had to do the job alone which is usually done by two men. We were thankful that he could solve our unusual water heater problem by installing a tankless water heater which is working beautifully.

Fast and effecient service very professional

Mike Neal from M&M responded within minutes to a service request from your site, it was the week before Christmas. He came out the next day, was familiar with our tankless water heater (a Baxi, which is not common), diagnosed the problem, overnighted the part, and installed it on Christmas Eve morning....fixing the problem. We had been without hot water for 3 days! Mike and his team even fixed our slow drains while on site. It was a wonderful Christmas present. I would highly recommend Mike and M&M. Mike contacted me within seconds of my requesting plumbers. He gave me a phone quote based on several options regarding my 14 year old water heater. He was very professional, full of positive energy, smart and a delight to speak with. The next day, Phillip came over, called me as he was on his way. He was cheerful, articulate and very speedy. Rapid response to the request. they came out and gave me options, but promoted a tankless recirculating heater than could be located in the crawl space. Two workers spent most of the day installing and cleaning up.
