Fabio was excellent throughout. He was patient, personable, and was very competitive with price compared to other quotes. I had water damage with severe warping of several boards, and cupping over a wider area. The repair Fabio and team made looks like new. You can only see the new material if you know where to look.

Fabio is extremely friendly and professional. Him and his crew worked on thanksgiving to make sure my home was ready to move in! Fabio was great. He was very professional, polite, and finished the job on time while producing a high quality final product which included sanding and refinishing the wood floors of my entire house including a repair to a damaged area. I highly recommend him.

Fabio and his team were excellent. Fair pricing. I have high standards and their quality of work is excellent. Good communication. They did floor repair, floor refinishing, and feathering in new places we used to have carpet and tile. They (unlike other contractors) were very patient with me when I was struggling to choose a stain color (the MOST important part and part I was most nervous about). I saw other contractors only let you have a couple swatches and they rush/pressure you.

Fabio and his team went out of their way to get us out of a jam when another crew failed to show up. They worked on Sunday to make it happen. The price was fair and the workmanship was very professional. Our hardwood floor looks a good as new. Highly recommend F&S.!!
