Pls do not hire these guys. They broke our tv, significantly scratched our fridge, left things at our old home and the owner Jim is so brash and unkind and blamed us for breaking things that I do not know how they are still in business. Pls go elsewhere.

The guys that did my actual move were absolutely awesome the owner of the company overcharged me didn't credit me back my deposit he overquoted me $300 and he was rude I would never recommend this company to anybody and as a matter of fact he still owes me $20 cuz he charged me 95 an hour instead of 90 I would recommend the help that he is hired but as far as the company they suck

I would not recommend this company. I hired them for a move from Thornton to Sterling into a storage unit. When it was time to move the items from the storage unit to the new house, I found that the workers took 2 guitars and my lock box. I tipped them well and later wished I didnâ t. I contacted the owner of the situation and he was no help resolving the issue.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If only you could provide 0 stars. We hired this company to move our stuff into our new home last weekend. They were extremely negligent. They caused a TON of damage to our newly built home as well as various pieces of furniture. They called us a b****. When we spoke to the owner Josh he apologized and assured us everything would get repaired/replaced, to send him photos, and then he would give us a call. We have not heard from him since. He proceeded to charge our card on file without authorization and will not answer our calls or emails. He answers other calls because we tested that from a friends phone. The only number you can call for this company goes to various salespeople working from home who have all been incredibly helpful, and the only option they have is to transfer me to the internal team this goes to Joshs voicemail which is of no use to us. I am absolutely shocked that this is how they would operate, even after sending an email confirmation stating they would repair their damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if I could even call them that. They may be cost-competitive but do not fall for it. You will be paying far more to repair damages or replace your items.

I would definitely NOT recommend this moving company!! They quoted me a price and charged me 3x that amount. They broke things and damaged things said would correct but never did. Wont return calls. Horrible company!! Very poor customer service!

Fantastic Movers were hired to help us with our move and and they have not finish assisting us with our move.

Everything from start to finish was great, regardless of a couple small setbacks! Thankfully they had a cancellation for the day we wanted and they were able to accommodate on our preferred move day. The day of, there was a little hiccup on their end (but completely out of their control) and they started a little later, which was no problem to us as we weren't in any rush, but they were very communicative which I appreciated highly. The guys who showed up were great, incredibly strong and quick. We had to make a 2nd stop to pick up more items, which I told the company but our 2 movers weren't aware of, but when I let them know they did some tetris in the truck and I couldn't believe how well they packed everything. Even with the (for them) unexpected extra stop, they still made it within the later amount of time I was quoted (3-4 hours and it took just a smidge over 4 hours). We labeled all our boxes and almost everything made it to the labeled space in our home. Overall it was a good experience (especially since I've always moved on my own and never hired professional help before) and I would highly recommend this company, and would be more than happy to choose them again for our next move!

Not so Fantastic. Late day move (4 pm). Used our tools to break down beds and then lost the tools. Can't fathom why they didn't have tools of their own. Really just threw most everything in the living room. Things stacked and piled haphazardly against one another. Mixed up the mattresses when setting up the beds. Left a very heavy dresser by the front door for us to move into a bedroom. A box marked "fragile, this end up" was upside down. Not very happy with this service.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is an extremely long review but please read in its entirety. I promise it will save you from the worst moving experience and many damaged goods. Putting past moving experiences from my 20 years in the Navy in comparison to Fantastic Movers I should be giving them zero stars but this will not let me. To start, Will, who is the manager did not come to my residence to estimate the size of the truck that would be needed to ship all my household goods. He assured me over the phone that everything I had would fit on a 26 foot truck. Second, I was never presented with a contract stating the overall estimated cost and length of time it would take to pack and move my household goods from Colorado to Indiana. When the day came to start packing on a Sunday morning three men showed up to my house 45 minutes late to box things up. I walked them through my house showing the quantity of things that needed to be packed and was assured for a second time that everything would fit into a 26 foot truck. While packing some of my things, I observed them just placing some things in boxes and not wrapping them separately with paper or wrap. The packers left after approximately 4 hours of placing things in boxes leaving around 40% of the things to be placed in boxes unpacked for the crew the next day. When Monday morning arrived the new crew arrived almost an hour late. I again walked them through the house showing them what needed to be packed still and then loaded onto the truck. I asked again will all of my stuff fit on a 26 foot truck and was assured for a third time that it would fit. I also overhead them discussing amongst themselves that the crew from the day before should have packed more. As the day progressed and the packing of the truck progressed, it was obvious that there was absolutely no way that all of the stuff in the house was going to fit into a 26 foot truck. The young man that was loading the truck called Will and discussed with him that everything would not fit. Will then called me and informed me of what I already knew.. I asked him what his plan was and he said that it was too late in the day to get another truck and that it would be either the next day or the day after that before he could get another truck. I informed him that was impossible because I was closing on the house the next day. I hung up with Will and 10 minutes later called him as the truck full of my household goods was leaving. I asked him where they were going and he said to do another job. I immediately told him he was fired and wanted the truck back in my driveway for the night. He said that was impossible. He said they would be back the next morning to unload my truck. At 9:30 the next morning they arrived 30 minutes late. His crew was going to just offload into my yard. I informed them that was not going to happen and that my new truck would back up to theirs to be offloaded. While offloading 2 men in his crew were smoking while unloading. I informed the lead of the crew that that was not allowed. While off loading it was noted that some of my furniture had already been damaged. His crew is unprofessional and lacks experience both moving furniture and disassembling. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever been associated with and it starts with the head Will Clark. After further investigation I found that he ran another business called Superior Moving that was forced to close because of so many claims against it. In the end, I had approximately $4,000 worth of damage to furniture and goods. They do not return calls or messages.

Zach, Arthur and Mason of Fantastic Movers were amazing. They got everything moved in and took the time to make sure that we had everything in place where we wanted it. They were hardworking from the moment they walked in our door to the moment they left. They were professional, adhere to all Covid precautions. They honored the price with no hidden costs or surprises. Absolute best moving experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anybody and will use them again down the road.

It turned out the storage unit I rented was too small. Sean helped me locate another and he and Johnny arranged to make two trips the same day so my move could be completed. Stellar service.

Great movers, they arrived about an hour late but they did a great job as soon as they got there. Good attitudes, good People who did a great job with the move. Definitely will hire them again for my next move!!
