WB follows through on their commitments. So many contractors do not show up when they say or follow the agreed contract. WB was on-time, as scheduled, available to answer questions and bounce ideas for future improvements.

My husband and I was very pleased with the outcome of the project. Matt and his team was very knowledgeable, friendly, along with being easy to talk too. Our place looks like a different piece of property. Matt is still working on some small request. Please email me in about 3 weeks I will give the final approval. We have already give out about 15 request for updates of other properties.

Matt called me back within 15 minutes of placing my request. He was here the next day(a Sunday)with 4 men who took out 6 trees and their stumps and cleaned up in one hour. They work hard, are extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done quickly and professionally. Great Job!!!

I DON'T THINK WB IS A GOOD COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY DONT HONOR CONTRACTS! THEY ARE DISHONEST, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! JUST KNOW IF YOU USE THEM YOU ARE TAKING A RISK OF LOOSING MONEY! THEY DON'T DO WHAT YOU ASK THEM TO OR WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. I HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO WHAT I ALREADY PAID WB TO DO. TOOK VERY LONG TO REPLY IN FACT, I ONLY GOT REPLIES WHEN HOMEADVISOR GOT INVOLVED. I HOPE YOU FAIR BETTER! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"As we have already discussed with you & the customer service reps with HomeAdvisor that you insisted that we do the work you requested even though we tried to explain to you the leak was coming from a pipe inside your home. If we were to have came back to "fix" the issue again you would have still been unhappy because the leak would still be coming from your pipe; thus we did issue a refund that you fail to mention in your statement. As before we suggest that you contact a plumber."

This was a huge and complex job. We had to cut the drive way, lay new corrugated pipe and join it to existing pipe buried at a depth of 25 feet. Matt Wilson and his crew knew what they were doing and put my yard back together as if nothing had happened. I'm waiting on some small things to be finished up ( like irrigation adjustments) but when they are done, I will raise the rating to a 5.

While the price quoted for the tree removal and sod installation was fair and very competetive when compared with 4 other bids, the quality of the installation and overall customer service left a lot to be desired. Problems discovered after installation included: * Needed an additonal pallets worth of sod installed (charged $200 additional) to finish the job * Three sidewalk sections were broken from driving equipment over with no care taken to protect * Final pallet was poorly installed (covered sprinkler, covered weeds, poorly fitted sod) - pictures available * No follow-up except for bill I would not recomend based on my experience

"We are sorry to just now be hearing of your issues since we did make several attempts to call you on the phone number given to us with many voice mails left to follow up with the sod install.Once we completed the install of the original area you requested it was then decided that an additional area that was to have pine straw installed you wanted sod instead, thus a $200 charge for the extra pallet of sod. No cracks were ever noticed in the sidewalk, every homeowner does take that risk when having this type work done. If there is something we can do to solve any issues please return the messages we left or send us an email, Thank you."

"I called this customer back multiple times to check on the job after completing it and never got an answer from her. So I'm unsure why she is unhappy. If I knew why she was unhappy I would try and change things."

WB Landscape contacted me within 15 minutes of my search-set an appointment for the following day. Gave reasonable bid and time frame for work. Here on time for scheduled work and was in and out within a two hours. Excellent work, professional men. We are very satisfied. I will recommend this company to all in need.

Matt is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He will be my contractor from now on for any of my landscape needs. The professionalism, courtesy and quality of work exceded my expectations and he even followed up with a phone call two weeks after everything was done and paid for to make sure I was happy and everything was to my liking. I interviewed 5 people before i hired anyone and because of Matt's enthusiasm I knew right away I would choose him. He was so easy to talk to and ask questions with and there is no doubt that I will recommend him to all of my friends!
